1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") control your access to and use of Prompt Bird, including our website at promptbird.in the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Prompt Bird is a collection of Gemini and ChatGPT photo editing text prompts. You can browse, search, and copy prompts without making an account . Optional account features let you Save and Like prompts. The Service does not create images itself — you use the prompts with third-party AI tools of your choice. The main library is free to browse and is supported by advertising on the website, Like Google adsense

3. Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use account features.

Account creation: You can create an account with an email address and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.

One account: You agree to keep only one account and to give accurate information.

Responsibility for credentials: You are responsible for protecting your login details and for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us quickly if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and responsible way.

You must Not:

• Upload, share, or send harmful code, malware, viruses, or any damaging content;
• Send spam or take part in unwanted or abusive messages through the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine, or use automated tools to take content or data from the Service without our written permission first;
• Try to get unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our systems, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Service;

We may remove content and suspend or end access if your behavior breaks these Terms.

Prompts: Prompts on the Service are offered for educational and creative use. When you use prompts with third-party AI tools, you are responsible for following the licenses, terms, and AI-art and copyright rules that apply in your jurisdiction and to the tools you use.

Prompt Bird’s content and branding: The Service, including its design, layout, text, logos, name, and other branding, belongs to Prompt Bird or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the allowed use of prompts described above, you may not copy, reproduce, share, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission first.

6. Third-Party AI Tools Disclaimer

The Service gives text prompts meant for use with third-party AI image and photo-editing tools. We do not run or control those tools. AI-generated results can vary and may not match any example or expectation. We are not responsible for the third-party AI tools you choose, their results, their availability, or their terms of service. Your use of any third-party tool is only between you and that tool’s provider.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, secure, or that any content or prompt will produce a specific result.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PROMPT BIRD AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY AI TOOLS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

By you: You may stop using the Service at any time. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by contacting us.

Parts of these Terms that should naturally continue after termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will still apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be handled only by the competent courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top. Important changes will be shared through the Service when appropriate. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
